Park Avenue Residences is located in St Leonards, a residential area in Sydney’s North Shore location. The plan by Sydney developer JQZ presents one- to three-bedroom houses, valued at A$ 980,000, A$ 1.53 million and A$ 2.06 million, respectively.

Cavallo is a flat tower around Clarke Road in Southbank, an inner-city residential area just south of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit development provides one- to two-bedroom apartments measuring from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.

Meanwhile, The Kensington is located along Anzac Parade in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The mixed-use development– a project by Australian property company TOGA Group– has 142 deluxe apartments sitting atop a ground-floor retail podium.

The Kensington is 2 minutes away on foot from Kensington Stop, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Public transportation network. The property is also near major health and educational institutions, comprising the University of New South Wales.

The three developments give Singapore customers a breadth of residential selections, noted Adrian Lim, senior executive and chief of international residential sales at Savills Singapore. “Buyers can think about not only the individual home, but also the sort of area and way of living that best fits their demands.”

Savills Singapore are going to hold a launch event for the projects at Voco Orchard Hotel from 2pm to 6pm on Sept 19 and 20.

Apartments at three new developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– are going to be released for sale to Singapore buyers throughout the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, claimed Savills Singapore. Cavallo stands in Melbourne, while Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington reside in Sydney.

The development is approximately a six-minute walking away from the St Leonards train terminal, providing residents public transport connectivity to the CBD. Other neighboring services include Shopping mall 88’s retail offerings, Royal North Shore Healthcare facility and institutions. Park Avenue Residences is expected to be completed this year.

Prices start from A$ 705,000 ($ 639,375) for a one-bedder and A$ 1.1 million for a two-bedroom unit. Developed by Melbourne-based property builder LAS Group, the plan is slated for completion in 4Q2028.
