Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore
Weave Residences – East Coast, situated on Still Road, makes up 93 self-supporting houses, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments and penthouses with private pools. The residences, that are open for booking, have a starting off rate of $3,700 each month, with a merest six-month stay.
The residence is Weave Living’s first pet-friendly place in Singapore and delivers amenities on-site including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, barbeque pit, and a family-friendly park.
“Our goal is to satisfy the requirements of individuals and families searching for greater than simply an area to live– through these new debut we strive to deliver an encounter that improves their lives,” claims Doshi.
The property is located near Orchard Road. It is also within walking distance of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Terminals, giving connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.
“With the introduction of Weave Residences– East Coast and Weave Suites– Hillside, we are lifting luxury and serviced living, providing a new standard of comfort and freedom that fulfill the diverse requirements of today’s contemporary tenant,” says Sachin Doshi, creator and group chief executive officer of Weave Living, in a Feb 10 press release.
The real estate is located within 10 minutes’ walk of Marine Parade MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also near leisure and lifestyle hubs such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.
Weave Suites – Hillside is readied to launch in March with starting prices from $199 per night with a minimum six-night stay or $4,480 monthly.
Facilities at Weave Suites– Hillside contain a fitness center, yoga exercise workshop, exterior balconies, and open-concept lobbies. There are also co-working areas, private meeting spaces, and recreation areas complete with a games room, karaoke studio, and a theatrette.
Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living currently has 3 real estates in Singapore. Its first is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key real estate on Jalan Sultan, which opened up in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had jointly gotten the property, formerly called Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.
At The Same Time, Weave Suites – Hillside stands on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It includes 175 suites ranging from open-plan studios to one and two-bedroom layouts.
Rental accommodation service provider Weave Living has released 2 new front runner properties in Singapore, based in the East Coast and Mount Sophia areas. According to the group, the dual release becomes part of its continued expansion in Singapore and throughout the broader Asia Pacific region.
The building was formerly known as Citadines Mount Sophia. A joint venture making up Weave Living and international possession supervisor Blackrock purchased the property in February last year for $148 million.
