Accor partners Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open three new Singapore properties

The different estate, found at Waterloo Street, will be the location of a brand-new resort within the Handwritten Collection Brand Name. The 502-key real estate is the second in Singapore under the Handwritten Collection brand, complying with the release of Resort Faber Park Singapore– Handwritten Collection in late 2023.

The collaboration at the moment has a profile of 17 resorts in Singapore, five in Australia and 3 in the UK. The resorts are under brand names like MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles and ibis Budget.

Multinational accommodation competitor Accor has already inked an agreement with Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open up two new-build real properties that will house 3 hotels. All three hotels will be available by 2027.

“These brand-new properties are going to let us to proceed curating enriching experiences for our guests and even more expand our reception services in Singapore,” includes Fragrance Group’s Koh.

“This confirming not just indicates the strong need from operators and financiers for brands inside Accor but even reinforces our obligation to top the region’s expansion and redefining the potential of hospitality in Asia,” says Garth Simmons, COO of Accor’s premium, midscale and economy division in Asia.

The signings for the three brand-new resorts are the most recent in Accor’s established partnership with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels, the two of which are owned and operate by Koh Wee Meng, director of Fragrance Team.

Amongst the 2 new properties rises at Hoe Chiang Road. It will definitely house the 808-key Mövenpick Singapore, the biggest Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific area. It will also house Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-key holiday accommodation focused at travellers looking for expanded stays.
